We seek an active and enthusiastic professional for the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (m/f/d) role in Poland.

    Job description

    • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and research potential channel partner, clients and market segments. Create and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and leads.
    • Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with potential channel partners, clients, showcasing our products and services.
    • Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential partner, clients, providing timely and accurate information.
    • Sales Negotiation and Closing. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other relevant aspects of the sales process. Close the deal.
    • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on your progress and achievements.
    • Market and Product Knowledge: Be able to effectively position our products in the market.

    Requirements

    • Electrical Technician and/or graduate engineer in Electrical Engineering or comparable education.
    • Knowledge of electrical engineering (experience in cabinet construction, switch- and control gear or panel building preferred).
    • Proven sales experience (minimum 5 years), preferably in the electronics or related industry, in the Polish or international markets.
    • Exceptional analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of sales tools and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
    • Very good knowledge of English, further foreign language desired.
