Rödental, 11. August 2023 – Wöhner makes direct ordering even easier: Customers can now order products and solutions around the clock in the webshop.

User-friendly interface
The shop has a particularly user-friendly interface and is self-explanatory. In this way, customers receive exactly the right product for them and the information tailored to them – faster than ever before.

In order to use the webshop, existing customers with a customer number only have to register in the portal once registered the customers webshop account will be activated shortly after. New customers are guided through the registration process.

After that, customers can then log in to the webshop and henceforth have a personalized account, including individual products and article numbers as well as the corresponding individual prices. In addition, they receive information on delivery capability as well as detailed product descriptions and visualizations. After placing an order, customers will also receive updates of the order progress and live delivery status.

Basically, the complete Wöhner product range is available in the webshop. Even non-registered guests can obtain comprehensive information here without registering.

Faster, more efficient, more comfortable
Particular emphasis is placed on the selection and design of an integrated search. Users have a variety of options to quickly find what they are looking for – both via detailed categories to click through and via a search field with a search query autocomplete.

Particularly practical: Ready-made orders can be imported very easily, for which there is a corresponding .csv template. The Wöhner configurator provides a parts list in the same format, which can be read into the shopping cart. In addition, previous orders can be transferred to repeat orders with one click.

The webshop simplifies the ordering process and makes it much more efficient – and possible sources of error can be effectively circumvented during manual compilation. Customers also have the option of defining who should have access to their individually set up webshop or profile - and in what capacity. In this way, value limits for orders and approval processes as well as the upload of information by the customer can be effectively controlled and managed.

The use so far shows that the webshop is very well received. Many customers have noticed that shopping is particularly convenient. The number of orders is increasing. Some visitors use the shop less for orders, but rather as a practical source of information about the products.
