first of all, I would like to thank you for the extraordinarily cooperative collaboration in recent weeks. The consistently high level of incoming orders clearly shows that, despite Corona, the markets are recovering and even continuing to grow.

The current situation on the procurement markets remains tense, which continues to present us with new challenges. Together, we have already achieved a lot and we will continue to push ahead with all measures to improve our supply capability. For example, the storage capacities at our headquarters in Rödental have now also been adjusted to the increased inventory turnover. We also remain in close daily contact with our suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the supply of raw materials.

Another important point is order processing: in order to get your orders on the dispatch route more quickly, we ask you to combine your order lot sizes and choose order frequencies reasonably. This saves resources in our operating units and we gain valuable time. Our sales team will be happy to provide you with advice and support at any time. We will continue to make every possible effort to supply you with our portfolio, focusing on our core portfolio or alternative articles if necessary. Our sales department will also be glad to actively support you.

One important current topic is still on my mind: we are all very concerned about the flood disaster that has hit our fellow human beings in many parts of Germany. If you, your region or your company has also been directly affected, please talk to our sales team. We will do our utmost to support and help here as well.
